Vittoria Ceretti brought a chic moment to the Winter Olympics in Milan.

The 27-year-old model, who is dating Leonardo DiCaprio, was among those who had the honor of serving as a flagbearer in the 2026 Olympic opening ceremony.

Ceretti, a native of Brescia, Italy, just 90 minutes away from Milan, handed off the Italian flag to the Italian Carabinieri’s honour guard, the Corazzieri, during the ceremony on Friday, Feb. 6 at the San Siro Stadium in Milan, Italy.

Ceretti, who has been linked romantically to DiCaprio, 51, for more than two years, appeared at the end of a long line of others in white, red and green suits representing the Italian flag.

The model wore a long, white, custom-made Armani Privé dress, according to Vogue Italia, with dramatic long sleeves and a high neck as she delivered the Italian flag shortly after pop legend Mariah Carey's performance.

Fans watching the ceremony were excited to see Ceretti during the Olympic ceremony in her home country. One viewer complimented the model's "dreamlike refinement of beauty and elegance" while others celebrated her "mainstream turnaround" following her relationship with DiCaprio.

Another noticed that broadcasters referenced Ceretti's relationship with DiCaprio during the ceremony, calling her boyfriend a "very, very famous actor."

Ceretti and DiCaprio have been linked for nearly three years. They were first spotted together in a video obtained by Page Six at the time, dancing together at a nightclub in Ibiza before sharing a kiss.

They were photographed together again in August 2024 during a trip to Italy with DiCaprio's close friend Tobey Maguire and others. While swimming in Sardinia, DiCaprio appeared to suffer a jellyfish sting, and in the photos, Ceretti seemed to come to his aid along with one of their yacht's crew members.

Ceretti joined DiCaprio at the Met Gala in May 2025, though the couple did not pose for photos together on the red carpet at the event. However, the actor could be seen in a photo obtained by Vogue, standing in the background and covering his face as Ceretti took center stage.

And in September, Ceretti stepped out to support DiCaprio at the premiere of his film One Battle After Another in Los Angeles, but once again skipped joining her beau on the red carpet.

In 2024, a source told PEOPLE DiCaprio "seems to really like her" and called her "very cute, sweet and charming."
