Fashion industry icon Vera Wang, 76, celebrated another Christmas in Miami
In honor of the holiday, the bridal designer posted a solo photo shoot of herself glammed up in an eye-catching gown with a massive skirt

Vera Wang is the high-fashion queen of Christmas.
For the past decade, Wang has celebrated Christmas in Miami with her two daughters, Cecilia Becker, 35, and Josephine Becker, 32. According to the fashion designer's Instagram, she and her family got into the spirit at home with a low-key gathering.
However, she did appear to kick off a new tradition. On Dec. 24, Wang spread holiday cheer on Instagram with a photo of her solo "formal Christmas portrait." Unlike past years when the businesswoman has posted lavish at-home shoots with her children, she unveiled multiple images of herself glammed up in a Vera Wang couture bridal gown.
Wang, who was photographed by Till Janz, can be seen wearing a white strapless confection complete with a massive skirt that matched her luxe Christmas tree and wrapped presents.
"MERRY CHRISTMAS to ALL," she captioned the set of images.

For her actual gathering, Wang scaled down her outfit, but still made a fashionable statement.
In a photo shared to her personal Instagram, Wang was pictured with a loved one, posed in a sleeveless, tight-fitted brown dress and black pointed-toe heels. She wore her hair in a down sleek style adorned with hair barrettes.
Although fans may still be waiting for Wang to reveal her and her daughters' matching fashions, there's plenty of material to draw inspiration from. Last holiday, the trio rocked coordinating royal purple gowns, which were equally as bold as the ultra-glamorous teal creation they wore in 2023.
While Wang is an extremely active social media user (specifically Instagram), her daughters are less so, with her younger daughter Josephine staying almost entirely out of the spotlight. That said, Christmas and New Year's are the few times a year when Wang's daughters take center stage on her Instagram.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE at the 2024 Fashion Scholarship Fund Gala in April, Wang said that her children enjoy glamming up for outings with their mom. “We don’t do it often, but when we do do it, we have a lot of fun doing it,” she shared.
Wang also rang in her 76th birthday in June. For the occasion, she headed to Paris where she hosted a party wearing a black minidress teamed with knee-high boots. As an extra touch, she even painted her age in glitter on her arm. On celebrating her birthday in style Wang told PEOPLE, "A lot of my friends don't want to. They say, 'I'm too old.' I said, 'It's not about being old. It's about being here and living, and we should celebrate that,'" she said, adding: "But you have to celebrate every year that you're alive. That's just how I feel."
