On Dec. 30, the JFK Foundation Library's social media accounts announced that Tatiana Schlossberg, the second daughter of Caroline Kennedy and Edwin Schlossberg, died. She was 35.

An environmental journalist and author, Schlossberg revealed that she had been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in an essay published by The New Yorker in November 2025.

In the essay, she shared that doctors found the disease while she was in the hospital after giving birth to her second baby, daughter Josephine, back in 2024. Schlossberg and husband George Moran, who tied the knot in 2017, also share a son, Edwin.

"Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts," read the post, which was signed by "George, Edwin and Josephine Moran, Ed, Caroline, Jack, Rose and Rory."

Though she was fairly private, Tatiana stepped out for special events with her family members. Below, see some of her photos through the years.
