- We asked the cast of *Survivor 50* to weigh in on what the best moment of the season was.
- A clear winner emerges, but there are also a few surprises.
- We low-key think Genevieve might have nailed it.
*Survivor 50* is in the books. The anniversary season was an installment filled with big moves, big twists, and a big payout — with $2 million going to winner Aubry Bracco. But what was the absolute best moment of the season?
We were able to corner some of the cast at the finale and ask their opinion as to what the best moment of the season was as a viewer. And while there was definitely a clear majority winner, the players threw in a few surprise answers.
Christian Hubicki

As a viewer, I loved watching the coin flip. I liked seeing what it was like from Rick's perspective and just seeing that play out so cinematically. It was like rewatching it live all over again. It just felt so real all over again, just the tension of the moment. It was so much fun.

As a viewer, the best *Survivor 50* moment I think is a tie between that coin flip that Rick Devens did and me beating everybody at that arch puzzle, because how do you try to jump somebody and lose? I mean, I think that was iconic.

I think, honestly, it felt so electric — the premiere. I just think the premiere assembling the whole cast and that montage of all the prior moments and just the energy of that premiere was amazing and just such a symbolic celebration of the whole show's history. And then if I'd have to go with the most electric gameplay moment of the season, I think the MrBeast episode worked pretty well from how they designed it and that twist. So that was awesome. I mean, talk about an out-of-your-seat moment.
Aubry Bracco

The best *Survivor 50* moment has to be Devens in his pure boyhood joy flipping MrBeast's coin. It was electric.

I would say the best thing as a viewer was the Blood Moon. Because it's three people getting voted out, and I don't think people understand the impact of that, playing the game and having that dropped on you. And also, the random tribes and how you get split up and how much that rippled. It changed the entire outcome of *50*. Because in terms of the final five, think about what that did. So, for me, three [people] going home was by far the most impactful.

Probably the coin flip. I'm not a huge fan of MrBeast these days because that's the one I went home on. I'm just kidding. You're great. My kids love you. But the coin flip? You could not have scripted that any better. Insane. It happened just like that. And then BOOM! Two million dollars.
Chrissy Hofbeck

The coin flip. Totally agree. And I mean, obviously Stephenie and I saw it out on the island, but then watching it back — just all of those crazy feelings.

The best *Survivor 50* moment was the auction. Just because it was levity. It was a chance for us to have a great time. It kind of took a little pressure off the game, and then we went right into a challenge, and you saw me almost crap my pants on TV.
Emily Flippen

Oh, the MrBeast coin flip had to be the best moment of the whole show. Did we need debate about that? I mean, we were literally up on our seats screaming and celebrating. It was an incredible moment.
Rizo Velovic

Watching the show back, there are so many good ones, man. Rick Devens' coin flip was unreal. It was amazing to watch. But honestly, I think the relationships I had with a lot of the old-schoolers. What I had with Colby was great. I think what the new era was missing is different perspectives on *Survivor*. I mean, we had people still talking about camp life. It's 2026. Why are we caring about camp life? But that's what old-schoolers care about. So my relationships with Cirie, Ozzy, Colby, Coach — I feel like is a great perspective on *Survivor 50* and the best for a viewer.
Jonathan Young

As a viewer, the best part of season 50 is when Rick Devens was so confident about flipping this coin that MrBeast had, and he gets up nonchalant, flips the coin, lands on the MrBeast side for an extra million dollars. Perfect. Cinema, as Rizo would say
Genevieve Mushaluk

The best *Survivor 50* moment as a viewer for me that just set the tone off the top so strong, it's when Jenna's eyes close on the airplane and then open, and it's that horrible, rainy day, so intense in Fiji. That was the tone. That was the vibe for the season.
Savannah Louie

As a viewer, the best moment in *Survivor 50* is the MrBeast coin toss. That was insane. I was on the edge of my seat even though I knew exactly what was gonna happen.

I gotta say, as a viewer, the best *Survivor 50* moment was the coin flip. Let's be real. MrBeast, everybody rooting for the same thing, $2 million, and luck was there that night. The coin landed heads up. How do you beat that?
