Princess Charlotte took pictures with well-wishers during the royal family's annual Christmas Day outing, and had a polite reply when Prince William called for her to come along!
On Dec. 25, Princess Charlotte, 10, stopped for a selfie after the royal family attended the Morning Service at Church of St. Mary Magdalene on the Sandringham Estate in a video shared to TikTok.
As seen in the quick clip, Prince William and Kate Middleton's daughter shook hands, said "Merry Christmas," and agreed to a photo moment.
"Can we have a photo with you?" a well-wisher asked, and Charlotte said "Yes," and walked over to be closer.

"Are you allowed to take it or are you not allowed?" the well-wisher asked — inquiring about the royal rules! — and the frame flashed to a group selfie with the little princess.
The British royal family has relaxed their stance on selfies in recent years and will sometimes pose for the photos when members of the public ask. In December 2024, Princess Charlotte took the trend into the next generation when she smiled for a selfie with a member of the crowd during the Sandringham Christmas walkabout.
The story didn't end there with Charlotte's photo moment on Christmas this year, however, as her father Prince William, 43, hurried her along!

A video shared by Hello! magazine showed that Charlotte stopped to pose for photos with several people, but listened to William when he called her.
"Charlotte," the Prince of Wales said, as he walked ahead with sons Prince George, 12, and Prince Louis, 7, while Princess Charlotte took her time — being polite!
"I'm coming," she said in her dad's direction and smiled for another snap.

Princess Charlotte's mingling with well-wishers was reminiscent of her mom, Princess Kate, who also took her time to greet the crowd on Christmas.
After the service at St. Mary Magdalene in Norfolk, royal reporter Rebecca English of the Daily Mail said that the Princess of Wales "lagged behind on the way out, shaking as many hands as possible."

A similar moment unfolded during the Sandringham Christmas outing in December 2024, when Princess Kate, 43, fell far behind Prince William and their three children while talking to people who came to see the royal family.
Realizing that her husband and kids were suddenly way ahead of her, the royal mom quipped to a group of well-wishers, "I seem to have lost my family!"
