Nancy Guthrie’s family aren’t giving up their fight to find their beloved mother. The 84-year-old’s son, Cameron, has sent a message to the alleged kidnapper or kidnappers who may have taken her last weekend. That’s the speculation after the widower was reported missing on Sunday.

Her daughter, Savannah, delivered a message on social media pleading with those who may be taking her captive. She demanded proof of life while also saying they are ready to talk. The family hopes perhaps that another voice might generate a response from her alleged perpetrator or perpetrators.

The Guthries are desperate for news about their mother. Cameron’s message on Instagram was “Whoever is out there holding our mother, we want to hear from you.” He insists that they need a way to communicate. All they’ve gotten so far is a ransom note with authorities seeking to determine its authenticity. Police have made an arrest after another such note was deemed to be a hoax.

The note reportedly demanded a large sum of Bitcoin, along with a deadline. Cameron’s message aligned with what Savannah said in another video that they want to hear from those who may be responsible for this.

As for one of the notes, it came through an e-mail to the KOLD newsroom in Arizona. Reporter Mary Coleman said she read it, and believes it may be real. According to her it contained plenty of information that only someone who was with Nancy might know.

Days after her disappearance, investigators are desperate for any tips that may help them track her down. The FBI has offered a $50,000 reward for anyone who comes forward with information that could help locate her. She requires daily medication for her heart.
