Shaun Weiss knows what Tylor Chase is going through, and he's ready to help.

*The Mighty Ducks* star, who has been open about his long and circuitous journey from addiction to sobriety, is among the many fans who grew concerned over a recent video of *Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide *star Tylor Chase. Shared to social media last week, the video captures the 36-year-old, now homeless, living on the streets of Riverside, Calif.

"I have received many messages about [Tylor Chase]," Weiss said in a video shared to his Instagram on Monday. "I reached out to some friends of mine, and we have a bed for him at a detox, and we have a place for him to go and get long-term treatment."

Weiss explained that there's a place for Chase at the Eleven 11 Recovery center in San Clemente, Calif. — if Chase can be found, and if he consents to the plan.

"All we need to do now is find him. I'm not in Los Angeles, or I would go look for him myself," Weiss shared to his 46,000 followers. The actor and addiction treatment advocate noted that if anyone can "get a face-to-face" with Chase, "please DM me so we can get him some help in time for the holiday."**

Joshua Jackson reunites with 'Mighty Ducks' costar Marguerite Moreau at 2025 NHL Draft

Actors Marguerite Moreau and Joshua Jackson announce the Anaheim Ducks tenth overall pick during the first round of the 2025 Upper Deck NHL Draft at xxx on June 27, 2025 in Los Angeles, California.

After the video of Chase began to go viral on TikTok, user Citlalli Wilson (@lethallalli) set up a GoFundMe to support his recovery. The fundraiser accumulated over $1,200 donations before Wilson shut it down upon the request of Chase's mother.

In a now-deleted set of posts, Wilson shared that Chase's mother explained to her via direct message, "Tyler needs medical attention, not money. But he refuses it. I appreciate your effort. But money would not be a benefit to him. I have gotten him several phones, but he loses them within a day or two. He can't manage money for his meds by himself."

Chase played the fast-talking and precocious Martin Qwerly on the Nickelodeon teen sitcom *Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide *across the full three-season series run. Originally from Arizona, the former child star hopped from *Ned's *to brief appearances in an episode of *Everybody Hates Chris*, a short film, and the James Franco indie *Good Time Max*. His last role was providing the voice of Hank Newbern in the 2011 video game *L.A. Noire*.

Weiss played goalie Greg Goldberg in three films in the *Mighty Ducks *franchise. In 2022, he celebrated his two-year anniversary of getting sober, sharing a remarkable set of before-and-after pictures with the caption, "Recovery is possible."**
