Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage star Montana Jordan isn’t just playing a newlywed dad on TV — he’s living it, too.
The CBS series, currently in its second season, is a sequel to Young Sheldon and a prequel to The Big Bang Theory. It follows Georgie Cooper (Jordan) and Mandy McAllister (Emily Osment) as they navigate marriage, parenthood and adulthood in Texas.
In the show, Jordan's character is trying to balance being a good father and supportive partner, and in real life, he’s also learning those lessons with his wife, Jenna Weeks, and their daughter, Emma Rae Jordan.
Jordan isn’t the only Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage cast member with real-life marriage experience. He's in good company alongside costars including Zoe Perry, Casey Wilson and Will Sasso.

Montana Jordan and Jenna Weeks

Jordan, who reprises his role as Georgie from Young Sheldon, has been with his wife, Weeks, since high school. The couple made their relationship public when they were seniors in 2021.
In January 2024, Jordan and Weeks announced that they were expecting their first child. They welcomed daughter Emma Rae that May.
“It's been great for me, man. There's nothing better," Jordan told PEOPLE of fatherhood in September 2024. “There's nothing better than freaking being a dad."
Jordan took the next step in their relationship by getting down on one knee and proposing to Weeks in January 2025.
“All I can say is YESS!💍,” she captioned photos of him proposing in a wooded area. “I can’t think of a better person that I would want to spend the rest of my life with. Montana is such an amazing father and he has a generous kind loving heart that only few get to see, so glad i’m one of them."
In June 2025, the couple tied the knot in a "classic cowboy"-themed wedding in their native state of Texas. "We wanted something that said country but elegant," Weeks told PEOPLE.

Osment, who plays Georgie's older wife, Mandy, is currently single since filing for divorce from her ex-husband, Jack Anthony, in March 2025.
Osment filed five months after they married in October 2024, citing irreconcilable differences. Their divorce was settled three days later.
"I think with any big decision in your life, whether it’s relationships or work or whatever it may be, you have to firmly plant both feet in that decision," she said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time. "Ultimately, it didn’t work out."
According to the , Osment and Anthony's divorce was finalized in September 2025, following a required six-month waiting period.

Rachel Bay Jones, who plays Mandy’s quirky mom and Georgie’s tough mother-in-law, is in a relationship with actor Benim Foster.
Jones and Foster frequently share photos of themselves holding hands, working together and going on vacation.
The actress also has a daughter named Miranda.

Sasso, who acts as Mandy’s loveable and easygoing dad, has been married to Molly Drews since December 2022.
Sasso announced their marriage four months later by sharing a photo of them holding their dogs after the ceremony.
“Molly and I got married late last year. She’s been my heart since we met and has shown me what love truly is every day since. I don’t know a better person. I’m a very lucky man. I love you forever, angel,” he captioned the April 2023 post.
On Mother's Day 2026, Sasso announced on Instagram that he and Drews had welcomed their first child.

Perry, who reprises her role as Georgie’s mom, Mary, in Georgie and Mandy, has been married to Gab Taraboulsy since 2022.
Perry, whose parents are Jeff Perry and Laurie Metcalf, keeps a low profile and stays off social media, including maintaining a private relationship.
However, she revealed during a Zoom charity event in March 2021 that Taraboulsy proposed by making a custom video montage for her.

Casey Wilson and David Caspe

Wilson, who plays Mandy’s friend and co-worker Beth, is married to David Caspe. The couple tied the knot in May 2014 after getting engaged the year before.
Wilson and Caspe hit it off after she auditioned for the hit sitcom Happy Endings, which he created, in 2010. They went on to work together on the shows Marry Me and Black Monday.
Wilson and Caspe share sons Max Red and Henry Bear and daughter Frances “Frankie” Rose.
