Jennifer Lopez has put the Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with ex Ben Affleck back on the market.
The “On The Floor” singer, 56, re-listed the 38,000-square-foot home for $50 million on May 5, property records show. The listing comes after a court filing in April showed "a transfer of property among spouses" from Affleck, 53, to Lopez. The document, reviewed by PEOPLE, indicates Lopez is now solely responsible for all future expenses related to the sale of the home.
The 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home has been on and off the market more than once since the exes first publicly listed it for sale with an asking price of $68 million in July 2024. It was most recently taken off the market in January, four months after it had been listed for $52 million in September 2025.

The initial public listing came one month before Lopez officially filed for divorce from Affleck following two years of marriage.
Rayni Williams and Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates currently hold the listing.

Described in the listing as the “ultimate celebrity compound,” the sprawling abode is set on five acres of land and offers stunning mountain views. Two separate access points to the home provide utmost privacy for residents, “keeping paparazzi and onlookers always guessing."
The property boasts a 12-car garage and additional parking spaces for up to 80 vehicles. Other impressive amenities include a full gym, indoor sports complex and basketball and pickleball courts.
There's also a 5,000-square-foot guesthouse, a caretaker house and a guardhouse offered on the property.

Lopez and Affleck first purchased the property for nearly $61 million in May 2023. Almost a year after publicly listing it for sale, they cut the price down to just under $60 million in May 2025, before pulling it from the market for the first time that July.

At the time, a source told PEOPLE that removing the property from the market was a "decision they made together.”
"While they've been hoping to sell the property, they've also been hesitant to take a big loss," the insider told PEOPLE. "They lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn't happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together."

The video revealed a sweeping clip of the grand entryway and massive staircase inside the home. In another scene, Lopez could be seen sitting at the extensive table in the dining room, which also features a fireplace and a teal accent wall.
Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck on the date of their second anniversary for their traditional wedding ceremony in Georgia, which was held on Aug. 20, 2022. Their divorce was finalized on January 6, 2025.
