BOGOTA, March ​23 (Reuters) - At least thirty-four people ‌were ⁠killed on Monday when ⁠a Colombian ​Air ​Force ​plane carrying ‌125 people crashed just after takeoff, the governor ‌of ​Colombia's ​Putumayo ​department ‌said.
