Amanda Batula is back on Instagram. The Summer House star has been largely offline since hard-launching her “connection” with West Wilson on March 31. She did post an apology on April 10, letting fans know that she is taking the situation seriously, despite popping up at various NYC bars with West. But since then, her Instagram activity has been sparse.

That is, until this week. On May 5, Amanda shared an Instagram story that got Bravo fans chatting. Here’s the scoop.

Amanda made a subtle return …

Amanda chose to activate the masses on Tuesday. She posted a mirror selfie with text that read, “Boo.” In front of Amanda was a large display of makeup that could be mistaken for a glam room. The setting made fans wonder if Amanda was preparing for an interview, but that is not confirmed. The story didn’t stay up long. In fact, she deleted it well before the 24-hour mark.

The Tuesday post is the first time we’ve heard from the Bravo star in weeks. Her April 10 post was the last time she made a public statement. The post featured an apology to fans alongside a photo of her dog.

“Hi guys, I’ll keep this short and sweet,” she wrote. “I’ve obviously been MIA, but I wanted to come back on and say that I’m truly sorry to everyone I’ve disappointed and hurt, especially those I know personally who I’ve reached out to individually.”

She continued, “For the sake of my mental health, I’m going to try to start living life with some sense of normalcy. If you see me out or posting online, please know that this still weighs very heavily on me. I’m not ignoring what’s happened or what’s unfolded. I’ll be at the reunion and will be addressing any and all questions honestly and directly there.”

Summer House airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock the next day.
